Who is Justin C. Oh, CPA?

Justin has brought his expertise as a Controller/CFO with over 15 years of extensive industry experience,
including eight years of finance / accounting management experience in distribution and manufacturing
industry with Paco Steel (National Entrepreneur award winner in manufacturing in 1999) and LG Semicon.
He successfully completed financing two Companies’ entire credit facility over $20 million. He saved over
millions of dollars by planning and implementing tax savings strategies.

His responsibilities included, but were not limited to, accounting, financing, budgeting, strategic planning,
internal control, MIS and various tax functions at businesses that have annual sales ranging from
one million to 500 million dollars. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick and later worked for
Arthur Andersen and Ernest & Young for seven years collectively, expanding areas of expertise in manufacturing,
distribution, and service industries. A few names of his major engagements included GE, Mays,
Mitsubishi Electronics, Hitachi Chemical, City of Hope, Xlyan corporation, YKK, Bank of America,
Samsung America, Hanjin Transportation, etc.

He passed the CPA exam with high scores on his first attempt (top 3% of all applicants).
He holds an MS in accounting (Cum Laude) and BS in Economics (Magna Cum Laude).
To broaden his financial background, he has passed the licensing exam for securities,
and holds real estate & loan broker license and insurance license (No. 0E71303).
He is fluent in Korean and currently serves as a CFO at St. James Korean Catholic Church and
Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of Southern California, and Korea Daily Newspaper tax advisor.
